Terms of use of the apartment

According to the law, the renter of the apartment (hereinafter: the host) may and may perform this activity and present it on the website www.ponte-apartment.eu for the purpose of renting.

Visitors / guests (hereinafter referred to as guest or guests) are all natural and legal persons who rent apartment accommodation from the host.

By publishing the Terms of Use on the website www.ponte-apartment.eu, it is considered that the guest is familiar with them and accepts them and undertakes that when using the services offered by the host will abide by the rules set out therein. For any additional information about the accommodation, please contact your host.

Accommodation is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the host or indicated in the presentation of the apartment.

Guests are obliged to take care of their own belongings and valuables left in the apartments and the host is not responsible for their possible disappearance.

Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident they bear the consequences.

Guests are obliged to lock the front door of the apartment when they are inside, and when they go outside they must lock the doors and windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.) and turn off the water.

The host has the right in the absence of the guest in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger.

It is forbidden for guests to destroy equipment and furniture, cause riots and disturb other guests, and in particular it is forbidden to make noise between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 23.00 to 07.00.

The facilities of the apartment can be used only by persons who are duly registered as guests, and the host can, at the request of the guest, approve possible visits at a certain time.

Weapons, explosives and flammable materials are not allowed.

The use of equipment and devices that are not part of the offer of the apartment is allowed only with the consent of the host.

If there is a disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If the disappearance or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the appropriate equivalent.

It is forbidden to take out devices and equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) from the apartment.

The guest must hand over the identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival, in order to register with the Tourist Office according to the applicable legislation.

The guest can communicate his remarks, wishes and compliments to the host, who is available during working hours from 8 am to 8 pm or via e-mail info(@)ponte-apartment.eu.

In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest further provision of services.
